BOTANY - THE WORLD OF PLANTS

Get ready to grow your curiosity! 🌿

Calling all young explorers ages 5 to 13! Join us for an action-packed Botany Lab where we’ll dig deep into the secret lives of plants through hands-on science. Our budding scientists will get to perform a seed dissection to peel back the layers to see how a plant begins. Students will follow the journey from a tiny sprout to a full-grown plant.  We’ll also use color science to reveal the hidden pigments inside a leaf. Finally, we’ll observe how plants breathe and turn sunlight into energy.

It’s going to be a fun, messy, and fascinating day of discovery. You’ll never look at your backyard the same way again!

🚀 Blast Off to the King of Planets! 🚀

Calling all future astronomers and space explorers ages 5–13! Are you ready to discover the wildest, biggest, and most powerful planet in our solar system? Join us for an out-of-this-world Jupiter Space Lab packed with thrilling, hands-on science experiments!  Discover mind-blowing facts about Jupiter's massive size, ancient storms, and hidden ocean moons. We’ll use real magnets and metal filings to physically map and visualize Jupiter’s giant, invisible magnetic field. We’ll create a colorful, shifting thermal experiment to decode the physics behind Jupiter's rising atmospheric gas bands! Lab is open to space-loving kids ages 5 to 13 (Activities are adapted for all skill levels!) Spaces are limited to ensure every child gets their own lab materials! (Remember to bring your space passports! If you are new to the astronomy labs, we will provide a passport for you.) 😊
